About Us

We hereby hold an extreme privilege in introducing our reverent organization, St. Sai Charitable Trust (Regd.). Ours is a non-profit voluntary organization actively working in the area of Shalimar Village, Delhi for the upliftment of the underprivileged and downtrodden section of the society. SSTC is committed to facilitate leftover section of the society through every possible mean.  We empathize with marginalized and straitened, specifically we strive to provide a platform to the poor and needy children of the area so that they may not be deprived of their inalienable rights. We are dedicated to create a world in which every child attains the right to education, survival, protection, development, participation and ultimately develop their full potential.

Since 2009, St. Sai Charitable Trust (SSCT) is helping marginalized people through different means. It is completely a self help organization.

• We are successfully running Sanskarika Vidyalay which is currently running in a rented accommodation. Here emphasis is given to the holistic and all round development of a child’s personality. Thus we strive to develop life skills among the children rather than making them mere literate.
• We provide free education to hundreds of underprivileged children living in Shalimar Village Area at the primary level.
• Free school uniform and books.
• Computer Education at basic level.
• Yoga classes.
• To and fro conveyance facility to enable the students to attend classes regularly.
• Children have out done in Co-curricular activities by winning many awards and there on gained self confidence and ability to introduce themselves in the society.
• SSCT also assist the marginalized and underprivileged by providing basic amenities. We have made available sewing machines to its maid staff so that they can earn additional income.
• Mobile phones have been made available to the maid staff for their convenience and carrying out their duties in a diligent manner.
• We also take care of the non-teaching staff by providing them other facilities time to time like, shoes, blankets and woolens in winters.
• We also facilitate disabled children by providing every possible help along with the medical aid. SSCT has supported its lame student by giving her a wheel chair and a full time maid. We also aim to make such disabled children self reliant and self confident.
• SSCT is also looking forward to run vocational training programs to provide opportunities to more men, women and children to be self dependent.

Our service and assistance has provided enormous opportunities to the needy to overcome insurmountable impediments to become self reliant to work up to their full potential. As a result of which many children in this area have achieved remarkable recognition and has grabbed top positions and scholarships.

The success of the Sanskarika Vidyalay has given wings to our dream of upliftment of the marginalized children of the society. As we aim to provide quality education, more and more children are taking admission in our school. But now we are running short of accommodation and other facilities, as we are not up to any aid or subsidy from outside, hereby we aim to laid down the foundation of our own accommodation along with Sai Mandir wherein we can comfortably accommodate and facilitate our growing number of students in every possible manner. SSTC is thus striving to raise fund and for such a purpose we are organizing ‘A Star Night’ including many stellar performances by illustrious and well known singers, comedians, dancers and many more on 2^nd June, 2012 at 6 P.M. at Tal Katora Stadium. The raised fund will conscientiously be used to build the school along with Sai Mandir.

The Vidyalay will be an altar for all where value education will be provided to all those disadvantaged children who otherwise do not get this opportunity either due to financial or social reasons. This school will be a unique place where, without discrimination all children will be provided education with love and care. The quality education provided here will help to make our children self reliant so that they can walk in the society with their head held high and conquer the world. And above all be a responsible citizen of our nation.
